Khonnect Social — Terms of Service

1. Scope. Khonnect Social (social.khonnect.io, the “Tool”) is an internal software tool owned and operated by Khonnect Studio OÜ (“we”). It is provided solely to our staff and to platform reviewers whom we invite, for scheduling and publishing our own content to social media accounts we own. The Tool is not offered to the public and no public registration exists.

2. Authorized use. Users may connect only accounts they are authorized to manage, and may publish only content they hold the rights to. Users must comply with each platform’s terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and the Meta Platform Terms.

3. Third-party services. The Tool uses YouTube API Services and other platform APIs. Use of YouTube features through the Tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Connected-account authorizations can be revoked at any time within the Tool (“Disconnect”) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Data. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. We store only the tokens and identifiers required to publish and to read statistics for connected accounts, and delete them on disconnect.

5. No warranty; liability. The Tool is provided “as is” for internal use. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Tool.

6. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address.
